Promethean Dreams – The Video
Promethean Dreams - Fire Art Video
A little while ago, I was sifting through some online music and came across this stellar track, strANG LS, from Mark Neil (http://markneilsmytunes.tumblr.com/).
It seemed like a perfect fit for the Promethean Dreams project, so I sent him an email and inquired about using it to back a slide show of the portfolio.
He said yes. And, with his permission, I edited together this little clip.
Tweet me and let me know what you think! @mckeephoto
Promethean Dreams is a series of photographs of fire balls, using a very fast shutter and an isolated subject.
The whole image is captured in camera. There is very little Photoshop or post production done to the images.
Each image is printed on a sheet of aluminum and stands out from the wall for display.
